Primary administrative and technical services are located in our main office
in Scarsdale. All technical services are
in-house and include computer applications, design, estimating and home office support of field
projects and field offices. In this era of specialization, we are proud to be able to offer a staff that has had Owner Representative, Project Management, Construction Scheduling and Construction Claims experience. In addition tot he work done in construction management, owner's representation and project scheduling, RAI is well versed in the documentation and preparation of project reports where warranted.
The Principal of the firm, Vincent G. Riverso, has an academic background in the construction field started with an Engineering degree from Manhattan College. Subsequent degrees in Engineering and Law balance his hands-on project management experience for over 30 years. He is both a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Montana, and an attorney admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is a senior member of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers and a member of the American Arbitration Association.
RAI has been active in Construction Consulting including management, scheduling, estimating, claims and audits since 1987. While the principal takes an overview on all projects, minor or perfunctory work is handled by a capable staff, many of whom are Registered Professional Engineers or Architects.
RAI STAFF
RAI's services are directed towards (2) two goals:
- To provide Project Management for, or assist in the management of building programs,
from the earliest planning through occupancy.
- To provide a flexible, experienced management consulting capability specializing in the needs
of the construction industry.
Furnishing these services requires the combined efforts of a number of
professionals representing various disciplines and specialties. From value engineering to concrete inspection,
from design to system analysis, RAI staff skills are aimed at finding and implementing solutions for
project and industry problems.
