Buildings: 2 High Schools, 1 Intermediate School, 1 Charter School, Auditorium & Gymnasium
Complex. The project has a combined capacity of approximately 2,300 seats and a gross area of approximtely 292,000 square feet. It is the transformation of a former NY City-owned rail yard into an intricate and technologically advanced complex including music practice rooms, a dance studio, several cafeterias, and a central library. This property is located in Bronx, N.Y.
