The Metropolitan Avenue Campus is located on 7.8 acres in Queens. This project consists of two separates schools with shared spaces. It is comprised of a High school, Intermediate School/High School and a Special Education Cluster. It will have approximately 1,900 seats and a gross area of approximately 298,678 square feet. The building houses 40 classrooms, tri facial science workstations, art studios, technology labs, medical and guidance suites, a shared competition gym, 2 libraries, four cafeterias and a shared auditorium.
RAI’s services included the preparation of the detailed Baseline Schedule and monthly updates. Schedule phasing as follows:
