FIRM EXPERIENCE
Construction Management, with its many disciplines and activites, is one of the practices that comprise a foundation of RAI's services. These services require the combined efforts of a number of professionals representing various construction and management disciplines. Consideration of Construction Management, Construction Scheduling and Cost Management is integral to the success of any project; and how we measure up on these disciplines is a true yardstick for overall performance. Because of our diverse experience over the years, RAI understands that the client's goals can vary from project to project, from small project to large. We understand because we are uniquely qualified in all areas of Construction disciplines, and providing these services is what we do every day - on each of our projects.
At RAI, it is the top management hands-on involvement from day one which provides the total coordination and integration of the functional aspects of the project, as well as the management link from start-up through occupancy. Each of our project teams is assembled to meet the specific needs of each client and project. This involvement leads to:
